A little about us...

Hey y'all!  Let me introduce myself. My name is Macy.  I'm a born and raised Cajun from South Louisiana. I met this hunk of a man in Knoxville, Tennessee on my first day of college and after graduation we began our married life in Youngstown, Ohio. God taught us a lot there, but He had much more to teach and give us elsewhere.  In 2018 we packed up our two dogs, loaded up our boxes, and moved down south again to Nashville, Tennessee.  My husband, Jamie, accepted his dream job of working for Ramsey Solutions, and oh how I have loved to see him thrive!  Only a couple of weeks after we moved I found out that I was going to be a Mommy for the first time.  It was a privilege to carry our little one for six weeks, but unfortunately we never got to meet.  The next few months taught me even more about life and the beautiful grace of God.  We are now the proud parents of our beautiful baby girl, Zoe Bess.  This blog is where I will sit and tell you all that we are continuing to learn in life.  Most of it is exciting and beautiful, and some of it was tough to learn and even writing about it will make my heart ache.  Some of you are aching, and I just want to show you that you aren't alone.  I am so excited to share our life with all of you.  I hope you enjoy your time here, and I am so glad you've visited our little corner of the web!  I would love to talk about anything and everything so drop me a line at the bottom of our home page.
